Clayton Smith
Thirty years as a licensed architect in Seattle have helped Clayton develop skills in identifying project goals, and developing responsive solutions which respect the project site, client budget and schedule. As a designer, his broad vision is supported by an attention to detail which brings a refined ability to develop appropriate and inspired project solutions. His work incorporates a respect for the environment and a long standing commitment to sustainable design.
Clayton’s project experience includes a variety of uses and scales, from master planning of large sites to mixed use infill developments and design of custom residential environments. As a project leader, he fosters a positive relationship between the project consultants, owner and contractor.
